Robert Alexander
A dedicated boater and active member of both the Pacific Corinthian Yacht Club and the Del Rey Yacht Club, Robert is deeply committed to fostering the next generation of sailors and water-safety advocates.
Outside of his work with the foundation, Robert is heavily involved in local businesses and community organizations across Ventura and LA Counties, serving on multiple corporate and non-profit boards. Whether he is cruising the coast or organizing community fundraisers, he remains dedicated to supporting youth programs and keeping the local maritime tradition thriving.

​Cheryl Mcmichael is an avid boat lover, long time sailor, yacht racer, parent, and PCYC member. My experience with PCYF started in 2008 when my son began sailing and racing Sabots for many years. This is my second time being on the PCYF board of directors.

Secretary Pacific Corinthian Youth Foundation
Mark Slothower joined PCYC in 2022, serves as PCYF Secretary, is active in the PCYC Power Squadron with his 40’ Silverton, and supports the PCYC Race Committee when possible.

Sailor/yacht racer/retired investment portfolio manager and proud grandfather. I taught sailing as a young man, sailed thousands of miles and competed in numerous national and world championships, as well as the America’s Cup.

Marketing Director Pacific Corinthian Youth Foundation
Eric Swartz is our Marketing Lead, managing our social media platforms and assisting with public outreach. He organizes a community sailing group, Stem To Stern and served as Commodore of Anacapa Yacht Club in 2021. He is currently a member of PCYC and owns a home in the Channel Islands Harbor. He works in real estate, and is his raising two young daughters.

Deb Coss
Deb Coss is an experienced sailor who currently races aboard Kanaloa and previously raced as part of Captain Jane Thomas’s crew on Wailani. Captain Thomas’s example continues to inspire Deb’s commitment to expanding access to sailing. She holds several U.S. Sailing certifications, including International Offshore Safety at Sea, and is actively involved with the Channel Islands Women’s Sailing Association,
programs such as Adventure Sail Day and Sea Gals, and has served as a coach at the Southern California Yachting Association Women’s Sailing Symposium.
Professionally, Deb is a senior cybersecurity and technology leader at one of the nation’s largest financial institutions. She is honored to support the Pacific Corinthian Youth Foundation’s mission by combining her passion for sailing with her experience leading complex organizations, building collaborative partnerships, and helping mission-driven organizations create lasting impact for the youth and communities they serve.

Richard Dean
​Richard W Dean was born in the Great State of Alabama on September 23, 1947. After graduating high school and attending some college, he enlisted in the United States Navy serving for 11 years and 8 months during which he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science at the University of Utah and an Officer’s Commission in 1974. After honorably resigning his Navy Commission in 1980, Richard spent a number of years working in the Southern California Defense Industry and in the early 1990s transitioned to a new career within financial services. In 1996, he opened his own business as an Investment Advisor and
has continued to serve Clients for over 30 years.

Tom Ennis
​Tom Ennis 40+ years post production executive. Projects with Warner Bros.,”Hobbit” trilogy dailies archive; SONY, Film to HD video of studio library. Co-sales person, my wife of 30+ years, passed three+ years ago, at which point I left the business. And now I consider the yacht club my family.
